Child Safety Standards
Effective October 6, 2026 · Last updated October 6, 2026
Leadman Properties & Services LLC, doing business as Chainlink ("Chainlink," "we"), prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") of any kind on the Chainlink app, venue platform and website. These standards explain what is prohibited, how to report it, and what we do when we find it. They apply alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Zero tolerance
We have zero tolerance for CSAE. Any account that creates, uploads, shares, requests, promotes or facilitates CSAE, or child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"), is permanently banned. The content is removed and reported as described below.
2. Adults only (21+)
Chainlink is a nightlife app for adults. You must be at least 21 years old to create an account, and every user must provide a date of birth at sign-up. Accounts we believe belong to someone under 21 are removed. Venue owners and staff must be adults acting for their business. You can report an account you believe belongs to a minor in the app.
3. What is prohibited
- Any sexual or sexualized content depicting, or appearing to depict, a minor, including drawn, edited or AI-generated content.
- Grooming, enticement or sexual communication with a minor, or any attempt to arrange contact with a minor.
- Sextortion, or threats to share intimate images.
- Trafficking or the commercial sexual exploitation of anyone.
- Sharing links to, or requesting, CSAM anywhere outside Chainlink.
- Content that normalizes or promotes the sexual abuse of children.
4. How to report
In the app, use Report on any profile, Wall post, comment, moment, outing or message. Reports go directly to our moderation team, and reports involving the safety of a minor are reviewed first. You can also email us using the contact in Section 7.
If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number first. You can also report CSAM directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
5. How we respond
- We remove violating content as soon as we become aware of it.
- We permanently ban the accounts involved and prevent them from registering again.
- We preserve the related records as required by law so they are available to investigators.
- Venue owners can remove Wall content at their venue, and Wall posts at unclaimed venues are held for review before they appear.
6. Reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement
As required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), we report apparent CSAM to NCMEC's CyberTipline. We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection organizations, and we respond to valid legal process.
7. Child safety contact
Our designated point of contact for child safety and CSAE matters can be reached at info@thechainlinkapp.com (subject line "Child Safety"), or by mail at:
